Soul Calibur Anime?

huh...that's not from any anime, was something released during the SC1 era, for promotion...
 
Yeah, I'm pretty sure when they first announced SCV that they were going to create an anime to fill us in what happened during those 17 years. I didn't know if anyone heard anything else, so that's why I asked. . . .
 
There was an old manga, but that only got published in Japan and it wasn't very big. . . . .

That'd be amazing! I'd definetly watch it. And I'm not one for watching animes. They could use the same voice actors from the game! Now I really wish this would happen. Can we get a large ammount of people to pester Daishi about it? rofl
 
I'd watch it! I mean, Street Fighter, Tekken, Art of Fighting, Fatal Fury, and Virtua Fighter all have at least some form of anime adaptation. As much as I like those games, Soul Calibur would make a MUCH better anime than any of them, so I'm really, really surprised they haven't done it yet. Well, just finding actual translations of the SC1 manga would make me happy enough, but if an anime came out I'd watch it in a heartbeat. Though an OVA would actually make a lot more sense than a series. (so basically, I'm also with Gatsu on this one)
 
Honestly I'd love there to be as much storyline as possible. And I feel it couldn't be summed up in one or two 30 min. episodes.
 
A Soul Calibur anime? I don't watch a lot of anime but if SC was made into one, hell I'll buy the DVD box set XD
But uh... only if it's good else I'll avoid like the plague. After all, look what happened to the Zelda fans :
