Like the title says I'm form just about every form out there. I joined this one to see if SC4 still had players and I was hoping that SC5 will bring in more players. I'm more of a 2d fighter guy(KOF and GG all day) but I'm up for anything. I play Kilik(main) and Raphael (sub) I live in South Carolina. I'm a stick player who runs a LS- 56 octga gate with semetsu buttons. I don't have SC4 or XBL(Gold) at the moment but I will soon. My XBL is DrFaustSNK.
 
You know, I never finished that book. Started it in high school and then took my ass to the Army while I was dicking around. Either way, welcome! Thanks for letting peeps know where you stay! I'm not too sure if there's an active SC scene there, but I'll be honest and say I don't know much about places that aren't big cities!
 
My name is a homage to the Guilty Gear character Faust, not the book but I get that a lot and I'm a huge Kamelot fan so I know a good bit about the book. Anyway why isn't SC huge in the US. As a matter of fact were is SC popular(as far as countries go). And what is the button layout in SC(for a fightstick). I look forward to being on here as I hate SRK. SC4 isn't popular in the US for quite a few reasons. But that doesn't mean it has absolutely no attendance. It still gets pretty good attendance in france IIRC, but I may be wrong there. And generally the soul series is also popular in the US. But combine a slew of crazy stuff happening in the community years ago along with evo's infamous doom combo matches and a 4 year old game that's sequel is already announced... Well, you've got a much smaller scene.

As far as stick layout, there's really not a standard layout. People just have binded them however they want. There's a lot of competitive pad players, as well, because SC works with pad pretty well.
