I have a fight stick compatible with USB ports. I would like to use this on my Xbox 360. Is this possible?

No. Contrary to popular belief, the "USB" ports on the front of the Xbox 360 do not actually follow the USB protocol. USB controllers should be UNIVERSAL, hence the name "Universal Serial Bus"; but Microsoft decided to be a bunch of assholes and encrypt the USB ports so that they cant be controlled by unlicensed controllers.

The XFPS adapter MAY be able to convert your USB controller's signals into a format the Xbox360 can understand.

I don't know for a fact though. It's designed to take a USB keyboard/mouse and emulate pushing buttons on the actual 360 controller. So in theory, it MAY work for your case. You'll have to research and/or ask them about it.
