Viola Story

I still wonder what the hell they'll be doing with Viola's orbs. Are the extra weapons each going to be different? Only the claw will change? Will the orb be getting different designs? Or are they just going to be different colors? (Because that sounds fucking boring lol)

I'm kind of annoyed at all the people freaking about how 'the story doesn't make any seeeense!' How do you know that? You got some kind of insider peek at story mode? The story doesn't make sense because we haven't played it -_- Maybe Viola is Amy for - oh I dunno - a reason perhaps?
Take a look at the storyline thread. It seems like they've put effort into it. Besides, wait just two more months and this will all clear up.
Don't knock it till you try it XD

I still refuse to conform to the firestorm of ignorance and just blantly say she is Amy. Amy was infected in SC3, and by SC4 she was a full blown vampire. So she's not gonna age or progress through puberty inbetween SC4 & 5. Your whole theory is strung around her amnesia, and the problem is that there's NOTHING that correlates these two characters except your assumptions. From those assumptions, she could be Cassandra for all we know. Just my opposing side, like it or not.
THANK YOU.
We can't know until the game comes out, and even then they might drag it on.

FINALLY!!!!

no claw ftw!!!
Dam you....
Okay, I realize saying to not mention Amy was a mistake. I was looking for creativity. So anything goes alright.

Okay. Why isn't the claw available for Cas Characters? They're going to use it a lot in there gameplay. Why does only Viola use it?
They don't know whether they should keep the claw or not

I think they should have separate claw designs and orb colors. Like they'd have a different type of claw, and then you'd be able to change the orb palette.

Actually it is relevant. The story would change dramatically.
Let me try this again. You are DISPUTING whether or not Viola is Amy. You are NOT saying how this would incorporate the story. You are saying "Viola is amy because-" or "Viola is not Amy because-". If you said "Viola is going to go to Raph's and then they fight and she get her memory back that she's Amy-" that'd be okay. Your not incorporating it into the story. Oh, and yes, I've already mentioned it's relevant.

Because, you expect me to muster up a scenario based on nothing right?

I bet they don't officially reveal that Viola is Amy until SC7. SC5 is really just volume 1 in the story and it takes Raphael 2 more games to figure out the woman he's been fighting this whole time is his daughter. Viola will finally understand why she gets a familiar feeling around Raphael. But it'll be too late because she got stabbed by Flambert and bled to death.

"FINALLY!!!! no claw ftw!!!"
That's just my personal preference, I feel like it distracts from her magical properties and I've wanted a magical character for some time. That and it's so pointless, what with nearly everyone rocking armor now, she could just as well have tooth picks jammed underneath her finger nails.

Or Raphy was killed by claw.

The claw is no worse then a Knife on a belt. Her slidding move wouldn't make sense without it.

but the problem with that is, its one of her main tools, and not one of many, in fact I'd argue that as it stands its her most important one, and that's why I dislike it.

IMO Orb> claw, but the gameplay so far suggests otherwise.
