@hobbes8548 : Actually there is no "original" singles (pressed DVD). All copy was made one by one using a simple DVD burner and a blank DVD.

I thought this was sold from a french online game store though? Regardless of whether the DVD was pressed or not there was some artwork such as the cover scan you uploaded. Thanks again for the upload!

This makes me so sad :(. I qualified to represent Canada in this tournament back in 2004, but had to drop out because I was a broke high-school student and couldn't find a way to cover my travel expenses. I ended up having to give up my spot to the person I beat in order to qualify.
