Xbox Live vs. PSN

I heard Xbox Live is a much smoother experience than PSN. I have to ask everyone though: Is there a higher number of quality players on Xbox Live?

I might get it for SC5. But I don’t know if there will always be good people I can match up with at any time years down the line. Should I invest in it?
 
Yeah, in my experience, on PSN, I will constantly get DC's during a match. On the Xbox, this never happens unless they ragequit (which DC's pretty quickly). The quality of players in my experience is much better on the PSN. Xbox has a shitload more people I think. If I were you, I'd wait until a cheap used copy comes around.

well i still played many good french on XBL and almost all italians are on XBL.
obviously playing in non ranked and avoiding coliseum as well :|

I think almost all sc veterans are practicing with friends rather than looking for random matches.
