I hear an echo

I didn't really HEAR an echo, I read one, which has nothing to do with sound at all, so "echo" (Greek for 'sound' meaning 'reflected sound') was both ignorant and somewhat stupid for me to type. It would have been more appropriate to say "I may be suffering from diplopia", or "I believe I just experienced a reduplicative". My most sincere apologies to all.

maybe it's the old man in me,
maybe it's because the new year is coming up
maybe it's because today is the last wednesday of 2009
most likely it's the combo of all.

but i felt i should share this with you guys.

Not that I am an expert, but this dude would be as easy to take down as beating the red headed step child. Every attack is from the high left (his right) and all you have to do is touch him to knock him down. There is no foundation. There is no grounded balance. It is the same problem with Tae Kwon Do. ....too many high kicks. If you're in the air, you have no strength nor balance, only flash. ....just one guy's opinion.

i agree but you would have to wait for him to stop swinging... and considering that he doesn't have a real target he's just swinging all willy nilly.still looking at it more from an acrobatic standpoint, that's some impressive stuff. actual combat may be impractical, but i think it's great for a show. definitely a crowd pleaser.

1864 calories a day = 559.2 calories protein/932 calories carbs/372.8 cal fat

That would mean daily, I am shooting for:

139.8 g Protein
233 g Carbs
41.42 g Fat

So, this morning I had:

1 piece of bread w/peanut butter
1 egg
1 glass of milk

for a total of 27 g protein, 39 g carbs, 21 g fat

That is 19% of my days protein, 16% of my days carbs and 50% of the days fat?!

Damn, didn't realize how much fat I was consuming before...

Rek just hatin' in his yard.

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

But wait a bit," the Oysters cried,
"Before we have our chat;
For some of us are out of breath,
And all of us are fat!"
"No hurry!" said the Carpenter.
They thanked him much for that.
