Flying Ass of Doom! Cassie Combos

If for some reason you manage to land the full string 66B+KAB as an NH, and tacking on the 4BB:A afterwards, this thing can end up doing a pretty silly amount of damage (slightly over 100). The last B is not safe on block though even though it forces crouch...

Hence the mixup, mind games. Hmm, I haven't been using this move ever since the input change from A,B,B. I keep wanting to press B instead of A...
 
i am missing something with 236, 2b8baa? my 2b whiffs pretty often. is that character specific or am i just inputting it a tad bit late?

2B doesn't connect if 236 hits from far away. You also might be putting it in late, I usually hit 2B as soon as I see 236 connect.

2B doesn't connect if you hit the 236 counter hit....it's the only combo starter I know that leads to less damage when it connects on counter hit. Distance can make it miss too like Cwistofu said.

Lots of the 236 combos don't work after a counter hit, which is rather annoying!
 
Wow I just noticed we have no general discussion thread for Cassandra.

I just wanted to say that 236 TCs her 44K which is weird because I thought Angel Step didn't have any TC frames.
 
It has them right at the beginning during the auto-GI frames they end pretty quickly though since i've seen people including myself thrown out of CD a lot.

When I tested it, I never got the GI from it. It seemed to TC 44K no matter what point I was into Angel Step.
 
Hello everyone, I'm new to 8wayrun, I've registered myself since I heard that everyone switched from the caliburforum.com to 8wayrun. I've seen numerous combo's that use 66A+B:4 in the air, I can pull it off consistently on the ground, but not in the air, do you guys have some tips for me?

The 2nd part of 66A+B won't hit in the air anymore, it was patched out o fthe game awhile ago.
 
So what's everyone's choice for 236 combo and why?
1. 236~236~4BB:A
2. 236~236~44B+K
3. 236~2B8bAA
4. 236~2BB:K
