Raph is VERY good vs. Kilik. Dunno where you get that from.

at close range its slightly even between kilik and raph both of their interrupt tools have the same speed (raphs 6BB vs kilik 6AA and raph 6K vs kilik 66B). The only thing I would worry about is 66B's CH but 6K being + on NH I guess makes it even. Kilik has superior mix up options to raph with kB at close range. even with this though some of kiliks options don't preform well up close against raph because he can punish things that rely on knock back to be safe like aBB,6B,4B,ect. Its worth mentioning both throw games are also about even due to raphs excellent throw range vs the damage of FOTD
Mid range is where it becomes a losing batter for raph. Raph is a mid range character who uses mostly slightly fast, mid, vertical pokes (lol this alone spells trouble). Raphs 3B becomes a massive risk to use with asura and 1B. To make matters worse WR B goes under it along with 4B+K. Prep loses to 1b completely, your only option is to shift into VE. Not that prep is even worth the risk when kilik has moves like WR B and 4B+K which don't beat every option but beat enough to make the risk reward heavily stacked in kiliks favor. Raph has a weakness to step but a much larger weakness to techsteps, raphs options against tech steps pretty much consist of blocking and baiting them. Raph can actually punish 1B with either 3B no prep and be at +2, 3B prep BB be at -2, or BB and be at -2. unfortunately pressing an offense at -2 or even +2 vs kilik is very risky. Raph is completely outclassed in damage against kilik. kilik needs to guess far less then raph for much more damage. further more making things worse for raph at mid range is 4B+K going UNDER BB(altho inconstant) ,3B,6K(your main counter to asura),3K(another excellent anti asura), and 6B(duh a TC beats a high).
Long range is just a lame poke fest and fishing for whiff punishes even then raph does less damage.

at this range raphs 3B can be GI'd by asura but the first hit of asura will whiff.
random cool stuff: 4A beats any option post first hit of asura blocked
25BB loses to raphs 44B with the second hit being TC'd
at certain ranges raphs 6K beats all options post blocked 66A
my opinion: raph needs to get close and stay close. On paper this is his best option. Up close kilik is more likely to asura so stick to 3K and 6K. making one mistake will put you far behind due to the difference in damage outputs and leave you at mid range which is the main issue. What I mean to say is... Don't get hit EVER. get a perfect every round
