Shogun, I say we play for 30$. That was the original plan. However, I understand if 10$ is what you want it to be. You're going to need your money, especially after revising over every single one of those people you're requesting to MM.

So I might as well post since it seems a sure thing. I'm going to walk away moth-in-the-wallet broke from these matches but if it gets me gg's I'm happy, I'm just doing $5's since I really just want to play people and give them incentive to try.
Lobo, Xeph, Krayzie CD, Bubs, HRD, and Senzait if you can go(figured might as well since we've missed our chances to play so far). Nobody has to accept and I'm not pressuring anyone since I just want to meet people/play. Not sure if I'm joining the actual tournament quite yet though, matters how much I improve between now and then.
 
So it's looking like I'll make this now no matter where/when I move. Also - Yeah, we def need to reunite team OMGYSM!

Can't wait for all of you to get here. This time with less complaints about the weather. :)
 
Sephalump remember that you will have to pay entry to the event, and if you sign up now it will be $25-35 for entry including registration, so it won't cost a penny extra to play in the tourney! There is no reason not to!

Also this year will be the first ever paper/rock/scissors tournament at DEVASTATION! For any cosplay fans there will be a Steampunk cosplay competition, a general open/any cosplay competition, and a video game character competition as well...all with fantastic prizes of course!
 
is there an official thread for DEV 2011 yet? I would like to know the details like the entrance and registration fee, address, date and stuff like that

The official announcement thread will be up very soon now that the tournament list is finalized. All pots/times must be sorted before the announcement goes up. We don't have to wait much longer, though, I promise!

You, Lobo, the canadian, and kentucky boy, and a few others, are people Im mainly going just to meet. the actual tourney is secondary to me. But if you wanna throw $5 on the table Im down like a clown son!! Better get ur anti-maxi down, cuz now I gots training from the maxi legend son!!

Lobo: I just aren't too sure on it. Its not a money issue at all, this is pretty much what I'm getting for my 18th birthday. I'm trying to pick up MK seriously now too, so playing that could be a fun break every now and again. Hm.

HRD: Is Static going? I've seen him say he wasn't :(. That's why I didn't list him. I did forget Partisan, oops. I don't care either way, money or not I just want games. I used to play KCD online pretty often so I've seen his tricks, and I used to play Maxi :p. But...about that hair cut...

well, what i meant was that it costs the same amount to attend as it does to enter, so why not enter?

also, you better hit me up for some MK training! i'm honestly just gonna focus on that for DEV...sc4 is completely a side thing for me now. <3 mk9
 
Don't you hate cyrax though? That's who I'm focusing on, with reptile and maybe kabal or ermac. I might as well i guess just don't want to join the last sc tournament and get my face stomped in.

Sounds good to me for 30 dollars, I said 10 for now cause I gotta see if I can get all those challenges to come through. Also I want to get this shit recorded too, I want my recorded footage at a major, shit's was gettin' ridiculous.

Also damn lobo, I didn't know you put SC4 on the back burner, well I guess I'll pull that MM then.

Whateva. I dare you to challenge me. Everyone knows I'd beat yo ass (5-0). Not only that, but I studied Jiu Jitsu for 19 years...and I could bench you any day. Not even joking still...see the thing is, I actually am a humble guy. I just look like this to most people:

Coo i'm down, 10$ money match that is subject to change. I got a job now (it's temp but it might become permenant) so i'm gonna be saving up, and now that i'm done with college and graduated it will make it that much easier to travel.
