You may need to achieve more honours to unlock it. Go to the museum on the main menu then into the battle records section; all the honours are listed there.

I've been wondering, why do people have a hard time pulling off aGb? I've always been able to do it since the beginning. I never needed practice or anything. I'm not saying I can JF it but... well it always seemed fairly easy to me.

well it is hard for someone like me to do because...how to put this. I am a passionate player and I'm super button heavy when I input so half mashes or quick sliding inputs like that are hard hard hard for me to pull off.
