Ok, we know that X is leaving and her daughter Leixia is gonna be her successor.
So, people, which moves would you like Leixia to get from X?

My opinion on this is that Namco should keep the SXS stance, but make it quicker and give a special input for entering it, not by cancelling various moves. Also if they could bring back some SC2-X's elements I'd be very happy...

AMEN!!! that spinny series is like 33B, but could easily be souped up for the new special system!

that and bring in some of those evasive moves. being a reactionary player (as fuzzieviking can tell you bout my xianghua), id ORGASM being able to evade more as opposed to AutoGI.....

but i have a feeling the style wont change in the slightest. if so VERY little. the style xianghua fights with is passed down from the females in her family, if you read the bios as a makeshift bible as i have xD. So it would only make sense that Lei's style would be like the case with taki and her setuka (or AKUSTES!!!!) look-a-like.
 
Generally, I want her to be more "rushdown"-style, a little faster and more + frames on hit. In SC4, her mom sometimes felt like a turtle character.
I hope that she will have a launching 3B. And if I had the choice to bring back one or two of her mother's old moves, I'd go for her SC2 6B+K and her SC3 66K.
I pray that she won't be just copy of Xianghua, she should have some unique moves and styles. And I highly doubt that Namco removes crybaby. :D

it has got me out of a TON of tight spots. I also think she'll have several rolls and flips because I can't help thinking that Lexia is going to be super tiny and when I think super tiny I think bouncy.

Ahem... Also I'd love to see some moves added after stuff like Bea Her Hua (if I remember right there was something like that in SC2) as the way they are now are just aGI with no particular important use... Some basic moves after that would be great...

EDIT: I don't think Namco will surprise us with something like "You know... Leixia gets her father's moveset, MUHAHAHA"
 
They might do; but I think they will bring in another male character to wield a Rod (No jokes intended there XD).
 
she should have a CRAP ton of trick moves and counter moves. she should be like xianghua but even more goofy and silly.

maybe talim's level of spins with xianghuas level of fakes times ten ... with crybaby of course ;)

She should have multiple high-damage combos from crybaby. In fact, crybaby should be the central strategy for her entire movelist. More transitions into crybaby, epic tears unblockable crybaby, wailing fists guard break crybaby, convulsing sobs tech jump crybaby, flailing feet ringout crybaby, bawling mouth auto-GI crybaby, rolling-on-the-floor evasion crybaby. And her name should be changed to CRYBABY. Her 1p outfit should be a diaper, her weapon a rattle.

This is really unfair to Xianghua; her fighting style was unique, and she only had one move to do with crybabies, I hope to god she toughened up her daughter. Xianghua can be good when you utilize her stuns and crouching grabs and she is the bane of Yoshimitsu. You gotta give her credit for some of her usefulness.
