Hwang left the main roster in SC1, and came back as a Bonus char in SC3 (and 2 as the Assassin). Also I think it has been confirmed that he'll never come back... so there's no need to spoil X's moves and create a Hwang clone. Why? Because even though they were both similar in 1, only X's moves involved in a nice, graceful way and made it to the series till now. I'm not a Hwang expert, BTW, nor I ever intend to be, as long as he's not in the series.

If they ever gave Leixia Hwang's entire moveset they'd be making a huge mistake! I want an updated X, not a recycled Hwang just because 50 people asked for it. Leixia is X's daughter, not Hwang's.

EDIT: Hwang's moveset could return in a form of another, new character... If that will ever happen...
