I am 100% serious about this. If the rules don't clearly state that she is banned then she is legal for the tournament.

I didn't realize I was a random but hey as long as it gets changed soon no biggie. I'm starting too look up flights right now.

To be fair, every city has its good and bad areas, but I think the thing that seperates a rough city in the US is how freely guns are available due to the culture over there. Here at least, getting hold of a handgun is generally very very difficult, compared to the US at least - even in the police force only special units carry them.
Don't get me wrong - there's certain areas of London I'd avoid like the plague and I'm staying in a rough area of Nottingham with university, but I'd personally be a lot more concious about my own safety in the US, though that could be the way it is portrayed over here, I don't know yet - but there's certainly a stigma there... =/
