Viola Story

I'll be honest I do not think Zwei is evil...antagonist maybe but not evil. My guess is he has been given the task of finding something or another. Viola is either along for the ride or she might be what he is searching for. Viola is said to play a major role in the plot. Perhaps she is the key to whatever the plot is. I think Zwei will likely be her escort (after he finds her...she's not in the screenshot with Zwei and Patroklos) back to someone like Graf Dumas or Rudolph.
 
The relationship with Zwei might be confusing. Both seem to be the most magical of all the characters. But if Zwei is evil, I'd guess he'd try to use Viola's magic to his advantage and do something evil. If not, then they maybe just a regular fighting couple or something.

You know what would be cool in everyone's story mode. If Viola, like Zas and Tira, made an appearance in everyones story mode. Here's how it would go.

The character is walking into which ever stage belongs to Viola, they become tired and rest for a while. Then they see Viola with her orb in her hand. She offers to read their fortune, and it'll be different with every character. And when the fortune is over, Viola attacks them for not believing her fortune, or for not paying.

I guess that would make her a major role in the story don't you think?

the fortune part I can see, but they need a more profound way of going about fighting, perhaps she sees their desire to destroy the swords, and believes it is her duty, thus fighting the characters at the end of their fortune cut scene,
 
Well you get the idea of what I'm saying. She may have a different reason of fighting each one.

Is it okay for me to just say, the more cut-scenes, the merrier.
 
Since she is following Z.W.E.I. around, I assume they'd both have each other's backs. Z.W.E.I. looks like he's teaming up with Patroklos, but I have a feeling he'll betray Patroklos, and Viola will have to go along with him. In that case, Viola will be his servant of sorts and have a cutscene similar to Tira's in SC3, possibly with her "foretelling" the opponent's death and then leading straight into battle.

Something along the lines of "your death is imminent" or "I see the end of your existence". That'd be hot.
 
I still refuse to conform to the firestorm of ignorance and just blantly say she is Amy. Amy was infected in SC3, and by SC4 she was a full blown vampire. So she's not gonna age or progress through puberty inbetween SC4 & 5. Your whole theory is strung around her amnesia, and the problem is that there's NOTHING that correlates these two characters except your assumptions. From those assumptions, she could be Cassandra for all we know. Just my opposing side, like it or not.

Hair, facial expressions, voice, attacks?

Those seem to be very similar to Amy's.
I'll be surprised if it turns out Viola isn't her.

you forgot her clothing which is extremely similar to Amy's outfit in SCIV (rose theme as well)
the fact Amy has not yet been announced and yet Raphael is returning and seems to be looking for Amy
the way she lies on the floor after taking an attack is similar (if not the same) as Amy's defeated pose.
her birthplace is listed on the wikia (so subject to scrutiny) as: A place of roses and lilies
according to the wikia: The beads on her forehead and chest as well as the back of her cape make several A's. Whether this is coincidential or intentional is unknown.
Japanese voice actress not revealed...only character whose voice has not been revealed = why did they not reveal it?
according to wikia: raphael is holding Amy's skull ornament with a torn ribbon. many people believe this to mean something happened to Amy...the fact his soul is "wandering for his lost love" implies Amy has disappeared...if Amy were still Amy I do not believe Raphael would have a difficult time finding her imho.
we might be able to find out more info about this if we were what viola and raphael say to each other when forced to fight. not sure what they say currently.

the evidence does seem to stack up to Viola = Amy argument and with as much evidence as there is I'm going to take V=A ship and see where it leads...hell a shit load of us may be way off course.
