CEO 2012 is already signed and set to return to the Wyndham Orlando Resort from June 15th-17th With tons of details coming by end of this year.

Place Holding the thread for now with more to come. as January 2012 and the Road to CEO approaches.

Important Details worth Knowing.

-Hotel Room Rate will be the same as Last year at 79.99 per night.
-24 hour Pool Party will be advertised way more this coming year, never thought it would be such a huge success.

AE2012, UMVC3, and SFxT will be on XBOX 360 as Florida is an XBOX state so that will not change. Other Xbox 360 Highly Potential games: King Of Fighters 13, 3SO 2v2

Soul Calibur V will be a Featured Event and on PS3(Subject to change but don't think it will).
Other PS3 potential games as Side Tournaments: latest Version of BBCS, AH3, Tekken 6

More games and announcements later this year. Registration will be again through ceogaming.org and Eventbrite but may change to entirely Paypal and posted the start of January.

Everything about CEO 2012 will be bigger and better than 2011, so stay tuned for everything I'm working very hard to make happen next year :).

Isn't SCV coming out in January? I thought maybe we should switch from SCIV? Or am I not getting the picture? lol

Why not just make it all xbox so I don't have to bring 2-3 different controllers for different tournaments again. If sc4 (or sf4 and marvel for that matter) is any indication, the xbox version will likely be the better, lag-free version anyway

I've been told PS3 is still the console of choice for SCV. It would be easier to do everything on XBOX so the thought will still be on my mind to consider by at latest March in case of a switch so I'll keep everyone updating if there's a majority vote or suggestion on XBOX. That would be the right thing to do, not just for a select few, but I'm always open to ideas.

dang how long is this event? and how much does it cost to actually play in the tournament or whatever.Sorry ive never been to an actual major tourny nor any other local tourny or just the casual get together anything. mainly i play on xbl my gt is GREEN 420 KILLA i have played enkindu before and he right out destroyed me everytime lol my taki is tooo predictable i guess but i want to start anew on sc5 wit natsu i want to get involved with the sc scene in florida but i know no one.i am going to try really hard to make it to this just to show up to a actual tournament i know i have no chance in winning but i would love to go thx.

Will see what's going on with this. Going to have to start selling dope to support my habit. Still, one of my Army guys stay in FL, so it'd be a good chance to party with him too.

JeBailey in my opinion switching to Xbox is pretty much a death sentence, regardless of event consistency or logical reasoning. There is just too much legacy behind it for it to change now. Believe me, I tried this already. The best you could do is invest in converters and make it prominent that they will be available for use.

I completely agree. But Unlike Capcom games, I guess the 3d scene doesn't care if there are stage slowdowns and such and quality of the game itself if it runs worse on PS3 over Xbox? I just like having the game on the better system in terms of working and not having to ban stages and make extra rules.

I'm 90% on keeping it PS3, but after it comes out if there are major differences I'll ask the community again.
Hope all is well with everyone. Next week the big push for CEO will begin with floods of information.
