SCV Live Broadcast On Thursday 12/22

Today, Daishi mentioned via Twitter that the next Soulcalibur V broadcast from their offices in Tokyo, Japan, will take place on Thursday, December 22nd. In this broadcast, the developers will be showcasing matches featuring Xiba, Yoshimitsu, Cervantes, and Aeon, along with something yet to be announced.

I will let the readers speculate on what else may be shown or announced during this broadcast, so make sure to tune in to the broadcast on Thursday and follow @Daishi_CALIBUR for all of the latest Soulcalibur V developments.

Maybe they're going SCIII route and recorded everyone saying the title, like I hoped.

Pro-Tip - Instead of watching Previews and Trailers etc, just wait until the GAME COMES OUT!!! You won't build yourself up for that reason, as well it will seem a lot more surprising, and you won't go to sleep trying to figure shit out....Yea?!

 

I was kinda (well a lot) disappointed... I mean it's nice that we got to see Dampierre in action, although I've seen him in BD already so he's not much different. I really wanted to see a new trailer with new characters or just something else. Also... </3 at armour break.

I wasn't really disappointed at the lack of any shocking reveals. They've never revealed anything during their streams and something new usually shows up within 1-2 weeks after it. I think everyone put too much thought into "And also..." in the tweet. It doesn't imply that anything new will be shown. In this case it just meant Dampierre, character creation, and weapon sound effects. I was quite happy with that.

 

We were all expecting a reveal. The revelation was probably the arcade stick lol.

 

There will ba a character reveal next week. Some modes will be revealed also. Until then, enjoy your christmas holidays everyone :)​
