I'm gonna take a little break from doing movesets and talk about the single player modes.

There will be 13 modes

-Story Mode (Yes... it will have its own official story with a lot of twists. It will have 6 sagas)
-Path Mode (basically everyone's own story mode in arcade form. Most character will have 3 paths)
-Arcade Mode
-Versus (1on1, tag team, 3on3, and 4on4) (I'll explain how the tag team works)
-Training (that and tutorial)
-Survival
-Tournament Mode (World Tournament, Cell Games, and Other World Tournament)
-Ultimate Team Mode (75 missions of Team battles with tough conditions)
-Warrior Tower (fight against 100 people to get stronger/rank up. When you reach the top 20, they will be overpowered people)
-Mini-games (there will be 20 mini games, TBA)
-Skill Shop
-Theater (where you can watch all the cutscenes from the orginal B.O.N.D story, including the boss battle scenes)

And of course options, but that doesn't matter. I will talk about some of them next week if I have the chance.
 
I'm gonna explain about Path Mode and Warrior Tower first. Then next week I'll talk about how the team battle system would work in my game.
 
Path Mode

This mode is about every character's story mode from their own anime and that is where you unlock most of the characters (some you will have to buy at the skill shop or beat a path in a Hard or Very Hard difficulty, or complete a Tornament mode in either Normal or Hard difficulty) This mode would be really similar to Guilty Gear XX's Story Path Mode, but with more crazy conditions and some extra battles for some characters if you complete all conditions like the main anime characters. There are also rival/boss matches with crazy conditions in order to exceed to the next path or complete their stories like Goku vs Frieza, Ichigo vs Byakuya, etc. Every story path will have 5-7 battles along with the rival battles and most of the characters have mostly three paths. Also a short ending will appear for each character after you cleared the last battle.

Example:

Goku:
Story Path 1 (1/3 of Saiyan Saga-Frieza Saga)​
Destined Battle/Boss Opponent: Frieza​
Conditions: Complete all perfect actions, finish the opponent off by using a BURSTING SOUL Ultimate​

I understand that as this would be an anime game it would only appeal to casuals who don't play BlazBlue, Melty Blood, etc., but looking at the mechanics I can say for certain that this game would probably be unbalanced as fuck and not fun at all.

By command inputs, attack throws for some characters (i.e. Goku, Naruto, Trunks, Byakuya, and Grimmjow will have one thus far but more characters will have them too), front to back throws, stances, and simutaneos combos (though only with []+/\ and /\+O). I'll explain more about the battle system later, but right now I'm gonna talk about the modes and probably the story mode (lots of twists and dramatic boss battles with crazy QTES)..

That's why I dream of having 3 years of development for the game. (2 years on gameplay and 1 year on the story mode) Every character will be fair and the battle system would be fun. The defense system would be solid, combos will be very responsive along with air combos, a guard break system, counter attacks, jump attacks and more to come.

A company won't make it for you. You're giving too many useless details and very little actually useful stuff. I think you should just make a Mugen or a GM project, it's as easy as counting to ten. Or you could just learn some rudimentary Python or Java and make the whole thing yourself.
