I should point out that neither of these moves is a JF. I think you are confusing slides with Just Frames. Some slides have a "fastest input" version which is a JF.Yeah, I can do bA and 2143aB all the time, but pretty much all the JFs elude me naturally. It's hard to resist the temptation of abusing them though xD
they're my most reliable punish for a lot of moves.
I forgot to ask initially, but how can this be your most reliable punisher when its 24 frames fast, i cant recall any -24 mids or highs. (btw not saying they dont exists lol) I initially tried to use it as a step punisher but it has no tracking whatsoever, if the move you step is somewhat advancing, it will whiff often.

Don't forget BT B+K:BThe only other setup i can think of is after a blocked 44B+K BE. It's probably his most reliable guard break and one of the only one that gives him + frames.

I'm always hesitant to suggest BT B+K:B on this site simply because while i love the damn thing it has this nasty habit of flat out whiffing on block. The B+K will connect and the guard break will breeze merrily through the air as they relocate your vital organs.I also like using it after a high wallsplat.

That gives at least +8 frames, meaning a CE is guaranteed after the guard break (only realized this the other night). Anything else (JFT) is too slow to hit guaranteed. Still, lot's of + frames there. Susceptible to JG/Step against shrewd opponents, though :/.

Yeah, hence my caveat. That said, BT B+K has amazing range. People are constantly surprised by how far away it can hit them from. You can catch a lot of people off guard with the spacing alone.Or if the opponent has any idea what he's doing, JG the BA and launch you =/.
