God I wanna go so bad. The stuff I'm hearing from a few certain individuals promises that this is going to be one of the most entertaining tournaments bar none. Curse you economy!!!

Book Spring Championship Hotel Rooms Before They Sell Out!

The Spring Championship will be taking place in Anaheim, CA on June 8-10; that's just two short weeks away. This is going to be one of, if not the largest, events in MLG Pro Circuit history. Along with more events, more tournaments and more attractions comes a much larger crowd of spectators. We expect most hotels in the immediate area to sell out. If you're coming to Anaheim as a competitor or a spectatorand you haven't booked a room, you should do so now. If you don't, you won't be able to take advantange of MLG's discounted rates, and you might find yourself in a place much further from the venue than just a short walk.

That'd be great if you could. Hawkeye said something about the Marriot having a discount...and I know Oof found some place for 75 a night. I don' t care who stays, really. The more the merrier.

Have you guys booked a room/hotel yet? I'm picking up Link and would rather go to one hotel where all of you guys will be anyway.

I just booked the room. I'm staying with LP, Hawk, Keev and NDK. We're staying at The Sheraton Park Hotel.

I put in a good word for a few of you guys attending this (unbiased btw). So don't be surprised if you get approached by some people looking to sponsor you. Good luck!

MLG Anaheim 2011 was an insane, unbelievable weekend: the event of a lifetime. If you were there, you know what it was like–and even if you weren't there, you've probably heard about it.

Having said that, we're pretty comfortable telling you that this year is going to blow last year right out of the water. Massive Pro Circuit Championship competitions in StarCraft II, League of Legends, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur V, and King of Fighters XIII. The Blizzard World Championship Series US Nationals. Eight KeSPA pros playing in an exhibition match. A huge amount of floor stations offering you the chance to play the Heart of the Swarm beta. And that's not even counting the dozens of special giveaways, contests and special activities that will be going on. Where else on earth can you go to Disneyland in the morning and then watch KeSPA pros playing live in the evening? When will there ever be another weekend like this? The people who come to Anaheim will be talking about it for years to come. One of those people should be you.

If you're coming out to Anaheim, make it a true vacation. The Spring Championship will be running from 5:30pm-midnight on Friday, June 8, 10am-midnight on Saturday, June 9, and 10am-8pm on Sunday, June 10 (all times PT) but why not come a few days early, or stay a few days late?
You can plan an absolutely incredible vacation around the Spring Championship, and make it the trip of a lifetime. Just be sure you're in the venue when doors open at 1:30pm PT on Friday, June 8, so you don't miss any of the Pro Circuit Championship weekend.

Get a Spring Championship Venue Spectator Pass now, and book your hotel room before they all sell out! And if it turns out you just can't make it to Anaheim in person, do the next best thing and get yourself a Spring Championship HD Pass to watch all the streams in full HD–with action like this and players like these, you're going to want to see every single pixel.

I will more than likely be attending this. I'm posting because I'm calling Mick at in a FT5 MM $200 at this event if he's down. Let's make this happen in the Chicago room that seems like its gonna be packed. He lit the fuel for me to call him out not that long ago because of our gamebattle match. The only person iv'e played so far to pull some corny shit after dodging me the first time and that was enough to set me off. Also I'm finally back in there with this newb post patch system and all bullshit characters have been dropped. If anyone else wants to mm let's do it $50 or more.

There will be no MM. Mick won't do it and he also can't do it. Such a shame since I own his ass in this game so bad (no homo). It would've been free money and he knows it (a few of his down south buddies know it as well). The last time someone added to his bet with $50 making the whole thing $100. This will surely not happen again I assure you. Just came to confirm that. No one else has tried to hop in on the hype MM's either so i'm moving along. Wasn't there a thread about the lack of MM's and hype not that long ago....

I'll see you guys at MLG.

If you own his ass and he knows it, the fact that he doesn't want to MM you is smart. Knowing your limits is the start of humility.

That being said, I don't get why people need to MM big to get hype. Not that I say that I haven't MM-ed, but I've only done petty money like $5's, at most $10. It's a way to get to play someone seriously outside of tournament and get more 'tourney-like' pressure experience. The way I see it at least.

20$ is my max- unless I don't like you. Then we'll talk big bills.

Read it. Fell asleep. The responses since your creation of the thread is depressing.

If it ain't big it ain't hype and tbh its not worth talking about. To each his own i guess.
