Official SCV Stage Discussion

Apparently it's a homunculus, which would make a lot of sense. (Although technically it isn't exactly a homunculus but whatever I'll roll with that.)

Correct me if Im wrong but...dont homunculus have something to do with alchemy? If they do it would make sense for Ivy to have that ...that THING in her hou-er mansion

They're alchemical creations aye. Though strictly speaking a homunculus is a "perfectly formed, miniature human being" but fantasy depictions for the sake of poetic licence allow that somewhat cute blobthing too.

yes it is very cute xD;; I called it Mr.Bubblegum o 3o....Im surprised I was actually right xD

o 3 o I see......I wish we could Like change the stages when we are customizing our character and position them in different areas of the stage...that was we could like have variance in our photos~

I think it would have been nice to have the stage like Nighterror's have a ring out that drops you back into the stage from the top like an abyss thing. (except you wouldn't keep falling, you'd land on the stage everytime you're hit out)

SC4 allowed us to pick stages, but of course no snapping photos then. Wonder why they didn't do the same for SC5? Yes, keep the default blue skies arena, but include all of the game stages inside.

I loved Amy's stage *A* And yeah ...I wanted to dress my characters in different places.~

You know even that they had reapted some of stages in Soul Calibur they were in a diferent ligth, all very beatfull in they own way =D ,miss the shrines that were not for a dark god, Thesmophoros Imperial Gardem(if somone know wath is Thesmophoros) miss everything about Sophie =/,

I miss the Lotus Garden. They should remake that stage for Leixia in Soul Calibur VI.

They do take time to adjust the light settings, even if its just from day to night for example...got to give credit to the lighting artists.

I believe some of the stages are basically rehashes of one another like for instance Battle in the Strait, Sailor's Rest, The Adrian, and the Sinking Merchant Ship look the same to me as well as the Mt. Fuji stages from SC3 and SC4.

That would be a fitting tribute for Leixia but then again...everyone wants X back.
I won't mind if Xianghua come back, but at least they could bring her moveset from Soul Calibur 3. She was, by far, the best character who had appeared in a SC game.

Anyway, I think we need a snow stage in the next game. Just like this one:

That would be an amazing stage.

I'd like to see another carnival/fair one.. but a little more modern with rides operating in the background or something.
A multi-tier series of cliffs would be cool, too. They could have a short animation of them rolling down the hills to another small area..thing on ringout.
Maybe a Japanese house stage where if you get rung out, you start fighting in the city streets.
I'd also like to see the Wolfkrone Monument again somehow. That was my favorite stage.
