Your vampires from a page or two ago are fantastic....

Lil Vil's characters are quite nice and show a lot of creativity ... especially the EGG!!!

... I also just watched your "Best of ..." slideshow Very impressive collection of work.... I like the path you take going through the characters. However .... it seems like I always have a weird viewing of your slideshows... and for me, while watching it without backing up or fast forwarding, the music stops around slide 50 and doesn't resume until about 60...

Thanks, the vamp squad is in the slideshow as well as you surely noticed ;o)

I did some minor tweaks, changed the music to be more soulcaliburesque (light and darkness, the famous soulcalibur dreamcast end credits)...so yes it will loop (only 5 min long), unless you click forward for a quickier viewing (you ARE allowed too ;o), but it has no issue on my end, so i guess it depends on the computer...can you confirm it plays well on your end now ?

Last because it just takes a considerable amount of time to do slideshows , so i'll just stop for now at least, then there is the summer break where i won't be at home or connected.
And it will depend on the feedback on this huge one for sure (wich starts off pretty good ;o)
 
I just tested with new music and by clicking on the arrow as soon as i see the next pic (it takes time to load anyways so you have time to see the details), i managed to fast forward myself to the end withut the music looping once (good timing, like on the castlevania slideshow, only with skipping this time).

I also tweaked the slideshow, now i am 100% happy with it ;o)

Anyone else watching ?
 
Now onto my Yoshi P4 and P5 (Le Bello, feel free to copy/paste pics onto your custom Yoshi thread, now i play by the rules ;o)
My intention was to go far beyond the limitations of the mummy head to recreate face traits while retaining the gnarly / comedic look of Yoshi.

Design notes :
- I wanted a mixture of comedic and gnarly look, so i used the skull mask to open the way for crazy sticker arrangements (used the cat sticker for mouth and fish for foamy poisonous saliva effect)
- I used the hat special equipement to give my rabbit tatoo the final nice lady look ;o)

Design notes :
- I wanted a darker look for this one, so i started using the sedge shade with same tatoo with black and white dragons fighting over ying&yand but it ended up obstructing the face, so i went for this hat instead i never used, and it turned out great with no distortion of the tatoos and good balance...
- I added the cogwheel as a mechanical heart of sorts


I throw in another one of Lil Vil's CAS for good measure (i helped a wee bit fine tuning, but the idea was his, with my ewok as starting point) :

You're practising with the stickers aren't you? That Geisha bunny thing is the most unsettling work I've seen you do, ever. It just makes me uneasy. I hope I never fight it. Their certainly a strange duo, with their jestery mish-mash of patterns and colours. I think I like them, though I don't kow. Maybe when I fight them I'll get a better opinion?

And that koala is ADOWABLE. I need to make something super-cute to fight Lil Vil with. Hmm... Does he have a favourite animal?

Stickers do have potential, especially mixed with special equ ;o)
I am feeling like a michel angelo del CAS now, painting all sorts of crazy things...
yeah colors on the second one can be improved upon, probably, dunno ("skirt" pattern is kinda distracting on second looks, i'll have it updated till when we meet...
First one is just clownish fine IMO at least...

Hohum, can you do a Shark for Lil Vil then...what, difficult ? you kidding me ;o)))

My theory: by "fine tuning" you mean you somewhat sabotaged it to stop his work from overshadowing yours :P
Seriously, his chef is better than most of the CaS I see online.

I'd usually see the sticker use on your Yoshi edits to be a bit gimmicky (still brilliant nonetheless), but the fact that it's put on Yoshimitsu makes it perfect!

Just caught up with the last ten pages or so.

As I said before love your old Mitsu and Fang. I also love your futuristic Nightmare and like your Bumblebee even though I'm not a big fan of Sci-Fi.
What else? Shaolin Maxi and lil Vil's creations, especially the egg.

You said you browsed thru 10 pages, so might i ask if you watched the slideshows by any chance, it is a nice complement to just reading, and i pay special attention to the music...also, there is the video playlist...just curious, i get only a few comments on those more personal creations of mine...

I just lost my xbox live profile because i was told there was an issue and i had to delete it...now the download function doesn't work so i can't do anything online until microsoft sorts its shit out...am i the only one ?

all right then MistaKoo, feel free to add me on XBL if you wanna have a relaxed CAS matchup sometimes...well, provided it works again, live still down apparently...hope they don't fuck my profile (and 150 CAS) up when i recover my profile !

in fact, we were planning to do a Lil Vil Le Bello matchup tonight, but a few things got in our way, i must admit the service outage kinda was the final blow to it...let us see if we can do it over the week-end ;o)

It worked fine the first time if I skipped through it :) I was letting it run naturally on purpose... I thought you had it timed out to play that way :)

Thanks for having a second look, i guess it depends on the computer...i tried on my workstation at the office, it loaded much faster, same for HD vids, no hiccups or frame skip like on my old home computer.
on some slideshows, the music is perfectly timed and ends right about the end, on longer slideshows it is impossible not to loop, because i have mp3 size limitations in the slideshow editor.
