Sunday 26th is the last official day. But people can stay till monday there and hang around. Usually flights are much cheaper mondays so this helps.

G.O.D.Mistmöhre has posted a timeline on gercalibur, I post it here as well because I got several questions concerning arrival/departure time.
(So if you want/have to come at thursday 23th and stay in the hotel, there's absolutely no problem.)
I will copy it in the first post as well.

- Start Friday 24.08. --> Arrival is possible from 8am onwards
- Friday 24.08. --> 3v3 team tournament starts roughly around 4-5pm (freeplay afterwards)
- Saturday 25.08. --> Start of the solo tournament (2pm at the latest)
- Sunday 26.08. --> Casuals, money matches, maybe table tennis, shit talk
- Monday 27.08. --> Everyone has to be out by 12pm

About that, I was wondering if a few of us PL players could arrive on 23th like I did last year. Our train connection sucks and we would be lucky to get in time for 3vs3 on Friday =/ So if that's possible we'd really appreciate it. We will help with the preparations of the venue of course.
