Oh, now it's only SLIGHTLY nightmare-inducing.
Nah, it's very cool though. It looks like an actual in-game item, which means that you've done an especially good job on fitting everything together with minimal, to no clipping and such. Top notch, superb job. Just keep it the hell away from me D{:|=

Here is the wicked Mardi Gras recipe :
blind helmet+skull+hello kitten+cat ears+2 eye stickers+anime sticker for the eye/mouth part+triangle sticker to remove some elements from the anime sticker
The rest is all about matching patterns and colors to hide the rough edges and giving the appropriate carnivalesque look
And the best part, the damn kitten doesn't even stick out my back ;o)

So, everybody is gonna laugh out loud for my almost failed attempt to retire (i can feel Pocky or Flip sneer in my back already).
But know this, your support and all your comments and kind words have made myself realized i owed you guys a last come-back, you know, like the guy that is called back to the stage to perform a very last song.
Well this will be my swan's song for good.
So, as expected, I have killed the last doubles (all but my most precious CAS), in an effort to produce a final CAS firework ;o)
...10 more i had in me, and i put all the creative juices i had left to do them in a matter of days, and move on
It will be a massive and definitive update with design notes and whatnot, no slideshow because i'll keep that one for our next encounter with Le Bello maybe, Online Symphony 4 and final...
Also, i'll give him a last chance to collect his surprise before i reveal any of this stuff here.
I also think it is time for some closure, so i am also working on a project on the side, an artbook, something i can feel in my hands and watch with the kids and friends, all for the eternity spent here and working/playing the game...
I mean, didn't Project Soul produce a half-arsed artbook in the collector's edition, why not make one of my own.

No sweat, i have been taking a few additional pics and sorting things out for my artbook.
The new CAS are all ready to post, but i'll hold on to it until we meet, so if you make it till tonight or tomorrow night, you'll get to see the 20+ CAS you have never seen in action, or never ever seen.
It is gonna be a few posts though, considering the amount of CAS/pics/notes i can think of
Too bad Chobek / Matty aren't on xbox, we could have had a real CAS party like the ones we did with Wandrian and Mistakoo back then (both had pretty sick CAS too, i remember that jelly boxy head CAS from Wandrian with a fluo pattern, big lol, he never cared to comment on our bouts though, sadly)

Your art is absolutely brilliant both technically and artisticially.
Also, each piece of artwork is very deviant, and dark.
Like me in my teen ages (did you notice the man-eating dragon drawing two pages back), one can sense you are putting real life pains into each and every drawing, using them as a catharsis for, probably, very intimate or personal stuff like...
kids (baby love skull, lost girl ? i am puzzled)...
your lost silhouette (that lump and troll self caricatures are one of your best and most expressive ones, i like "sad" a lot too, and dissatisfied might be yourself, younger)
...or your quest for the meaning of life (lost, all those trees).
Your talent at drawing skulls and crows amazes me, and even your fish, which might represent the most colorful facette of your life, give me the creeps, in a good way.
That is if i assume right and you are the girl on the family pic you posted of course ;o))

But as long as you can pre-occupy yourself with something, then that's good. I'd hate to feel like you were hanging around. And you can post things here now if you'd like, of course. Feels like I'm depriving everyone else D{:[=
Yeah, it'd have been a lot of fun to go up against Chobek and Matty, especially seeing some of their crazier creations up close and personal. Though some of them would've been too intimidating I reckon.
Oh we made Pocky run! And teleport. And fly. And backflip. And spin. And dance. And heal. And destroy us. Oh.

Predator Elite (3rd version, updated with last DLC armor set) :
Design notes :
- nothing fancy here, i just thought the armor set (especially the lower part) really screamed predator
- a lot of work on colors and textures to make the armor fit the rest of the CAS

Asta 5P The Berserker (another take at the DLC armor) :
Design notes :
- Used the special underwear (with the lightning in the back), and from there, i worked the different shades of green or blue green, and added a few patterns and some black and white in contrast
- Also used the snake horn and the ring painted black for added gimmicks to the chest part, and the plume ornament on top of the head

The Hungry Sumotori :
Design notes :
- Here i intended to produce a comedic CAS around the mask, and it gave me the idea of a Sumotori. Originally thought of Asta style, but went for the food weapon instead.
- I used special equ to give him a comic strip character look, but i don't know what it means, sadly ;o)
- Tried to give the mask the same color as the skin for a more human look
- Sexy tatoo of a loving Geisha on a not so clean underwear ;o) (you should see his arse in motion, and it has tatoos on the back and right arse cheek too)
- Lowest muscle mass is a must, he looks conveniently greasy in-game, as you can see here :
