I honestly don't see how that's possible. People should be able to get at least 30% just by picking Mitsurugi and mashing random buttons.

Definitely. I've noticed a trend where most non-bad players have ~80% win rate in Global or Ranked, but only about 50~70% in player matches.

I've seen a 0% :P it was a viola player.

Ranked filters a better connection somehow. That's why I suck it up, winning or losing. The sucky AT&T U-verse gives me no choice. Player match and Global mostly at level 3 connection.

I have AT&T uverse to. I started with 10mps and I was like you, best I could get was 3bars. Bumped up to 20mps (only cost me $15 more a month) and I can get 4 and 5 bars with the western half of the US. And I was playing someone in the UK last night with minimul lag.

The connection rates in UK aren't as great as the ones I've seen Americans have, however some areas can have good connections, but it is rare. I wish we did because I'd love to play with people in NA.

I have windstream.. :l they suck.. My bar is always "0" and my friends are like isn't that supposed to be the best connection? But when I'm in game online it's like all perfect, then all of sudden LAG! then we get lagged out/ I end up using my neighbors wifi which gives me a 4 bar :P Does anyone else have windstream and have the same problem?
