Level 49/50 launchers do 215,000+. They really upped the damage scale for higher levels.

I got my Contingent Longbow as a drop from the Badass Creeper in the Minecraft easter egg.[/URL]
I got my Bonus Bunny as a drop from a Chubby Varkid immediately after exiting the Minecraft easter egg.
I got my Flame of the Firehawk as a reward from one of Lilith's side quest series, the one about the cult.
They all suck ass now that I leveled way past them though. Don't bother orange farming/hunting until NG+ when it will stay useful to you.

Yeah, certain enemies have Chubby variants. They just seem to be somewhat stronger versions that spawn randomly. I've seen a Chubby Skag and a Chubby Varkid so far.

I've seen two Chubby Varkids myself. The first one was on my first playthrough and dropped a legendary Rocket Launcher and I just ran into that one on PT2 at pretty much the same spot.
That shield can kinda be a double edged sword. It randomly drops shield boosters that you can pick up, but the boosters themselves drop 3 explosives each of whatever element the shield is. If I didn't have a shock shield it wouldn't be so bad but with the shock explosives it drops I've been caught in the explosions and taken myself out a few times that way. Though when the enemies get in the middle of them it messes em up pretty badly.

Hmm let's see I got that and I could get that dmg with melee. But I'll try sniper tree for a while.

Level 32 Zer0 who re spec in the sniper tree skill for a little. It's nice but doesn't suit for me. I prefer my melee where slicing enemies can give me health and don't worry about my enemy moving his head around to get a head shot. I can just attack him from the back and do the same or more damage.
Still no rare weapone AT ALL. Going to farm for some in Playthrough 2 though.

Farming for orange is pointless. I've heard/seen people have been killing bosses just for one orange for up to 500 times and still no drop. I've actually farmed Dukino's mom for almost 100 times now and still no drop. What i recommend is get someone to duplicate oranges for you.

Gaah. I'm oozing jealousy. I'm only a level 27 Siren, and I'm on the last mission. Anyone want to help me? I just got to Hero's Pass and I keep dying, should I just go farm/do side-quests?
