There's different ways to get it depending on which one you have.

How do you get them? With achievements too? Because starting floor 30 the missions are hard as hell.

Usually I team my Yoshi up with Raphael, Amy or Scherazade. Or add Nighty, Siegy, or Mi-na instead.

But the team that got me through the whole tower(for the first time) was Yoshi, Nighty, and Raph.

Nighty is very handy for ringing out. Low throws are your friend. Especially the 2B+G one.

Raphael is very handy for roughing up characters. (Spam A+B, B over and over with Venom fang A equipped).

Yoshi is my weapon of choice. And I'm proud to say he's great for the tower of lost souls.

As for achievements/honors, just do them. Some are quick and easy to get. Others take more time but they're also fairly easy.
