why would I go to an offline tourney? I mean tbh Tournament players don't impress me much, because they don't use good mindgames
Now I will tell you that the EVO champ was Blueboy to try and give myself some credibility...even tho Decopon won in 2012, KineticClash in 2013 and Lolo in 2014...but I totally explained why tourney players don't impress me, why? because I certainly know my shit when it comes to the tournament even I don't jack-shit
Also I have no idea what a FT10 is, but if you ask me to participate in one especially with the guy I supposedly beat 7 rounds and a row and perfected him, not wanting to risk being utterly humiliated and exposed, I will decline and just simply say "I don't play people who use good mindgames" even tho I mash only 3 moves with Maxi and try grab a whole bunch like a walking contradiction
I've been to an Offline Tournament once. The only thing that changed so far was that a few players who didn't speak to me before was suddenly nice to me. But I'm still not a player that someone would recommend to other players :D... No one still says "Hey! If you want to fight a decent Dampierre, battle FemArtz!" So not much has really changed lol

my previous post is actually a kind of in-joke...but I'll explain:
As a member of PSN you'll no doubt have come across Raw_Soul_QPC (and no doubt you'll know he's pretty ass).
In a facebook discussion Raw soul explain why tournament players don't impress him...and this is because they "don't use good mind games"
he then goes on to say he beat the EVO champ 7 rounds in row and even perfected him, however every fight froze and DC'd. The funny thing though, he says that the EVO champ was Blueboy.
when this came to Blueboys attention he challenged Raw_Soul to a FT10...Raw Souls reponse..."whats an FT10?" and after it explained to him, he declined...why? because he doesn't play people that don't use good mind games

but back to the original post it depends what offline tourney you go to, I mean there are casuals and majors after all...and also online stays online offline is a whole other kettle fish...you don't wanna be seen as THAT guy who brings his 'online persona' to the forefront
you and I have played a few times and not to say I'm anyone to be considered good in the sc scene, you def someone watch out for man..keep attending tourneys, keep playing Oof or Rakazuki (only notable Damps I know) and you'll get there man

OOF is mostly Xbox and I only own PS3 so it's hard to reach him even when having da_Damps on my FL. Rakazuki is located in the EU so no good connection there. Being known as a commendable Dampierre player is only something I would like. It isn't really a goal however but thank you for your regards :)

Lol I thought so. I couldn't remember his name exactly. He was on my FL. The only reason I deleted and stop battling him because he literally gave me a headache. GUY WON'T SHUT UP!.. ... or at least lower his voice. loud ass...

Yes. That's definitely the ONE thing I remember mostly about him. He always demanded me to use my mic... he would be the only one I would play against if every other player was kicking me out of their sessions. I use a PS3 wireless high def headset. All that mumbling about smoking weed and then hearing his voice reaction when I win was too much pressure on my head.
