That was a new build. We don't know if it's the latest one. It had trophies, but it also had unfinished command lists.

It wasn't an "official" new build, it was a "leaked" new build.
So yes, there is a pretty big possibility that slightly more complete version (Raph's moveset names, Cerv's white stuff on body that's supposed to be orange) of it is the "new" build that we will get as the final one after/during TGS.

If I remember correctly, in a interview from past months , somebody asked Okubo if there will be a new female character in Sc6.
He responded « that’s a tricky question » .
« Tricky » might have different meanings :
- Yes ( but I don’t want you to know it yet). Maybe Dark skinned woman.
- No .. sorry . But I cannot cut the hype.
- Yes , but a new female character as a guest or DLC ( 2B.. ) later this year.
Or in a craziest way : - An old female character will reappear with some modifications. ( personally I would love to see Cassy back from Astral Chaos with some new moves) .

While it's likely the localizer got most / all of the content, it's possible they didn't. We shouldn't assume that.
However, having worked QA for namco in the past, it's unlikely they'll make random additions near release. Significant designs are finalized months in advance. That leaked Cerv / Raph build is probably ancient.... or they had a small set of QA guys working on builds for tournaments.
The organization of that is much more sensible than the current empty 4. My guess is the current empty 4 are filled and then DLC will be added.

This is the most probable answer in my opinion.
Me too, but I doubt it'll happen in SCVI. After all she haven't even been introduced in the rebooted timeline yet (let alone sucked into AC)
Or it could be just a new hairstyle for CaS and nothing else. Not all CaS hairstyles belong to some characters and there is nothing weird about new one(s) being added.

Was about to post the same thing, then the site went into sudden maintenance. Each game has introduced new hair in CaS that doesn't necessarily belong to anyone from the main roster.

Unless there’s something big for TGS, we’ll have to wait. I’m pretty sure a Thursday reveal would be in 10 hours more or less regardless of time zone.

They just need to get Raph and Cerv out officially so everyone can properly talk about them.
If their release timings were ruined, they just have to start making kata trailers with new themes showcased, letting people take in the picturesque backgrounds. They need to do more stylish trailers like all the single player games do where they aren't actually showing you anything new but people are excited because of all the flash.

In SC5, literally every new hairstyle (barring a couple DLC styles) belonged to a character on the roster. Really the only reason I even brought it up in the CaS thread. Either it belongs to an unrevealed character, or they're actually giving us new hairstyles separate from the main roster's hair and there's nothing special about it at all.
Tbh it looking like a bob led me to think that maybe it could be Cassandra's hair. Possibly.

I do wonder if they will need to announce additional DLC or at least give clues before release. If they do show DLC, it will probably come with a WIP disclaimer.
