LOL this is amazing! She got hit by a random bubble in the middle of the CE screwing up the whole animation... Algol is a game breaking character, now it's confirmed!! xD
Oh and only the CE that caused the slow-mo can activate, that's what caused that apparent cancel.

And I wondered if there was a way to trigger the slow-mo with Hilde's. Didn't think to try the bubbles.
Still, much less of an effect than Tira's, and much harder to do than Tira's...
Funny thing about Hilde's CE is that if it glitches and she misses one of the hits, and you get up and attempt to dodge or block, the last hit of the CE will somehow still connect as a UB

Edit: I already have the answer to this rare phenomenon.
Algols bubble hit me while Hilde was in the CE animation. That was the trigger for that awesome "bullettime" ( slowmotion ) ^^
