Replyin' to that comment you made on that Maxi vs. Viola video: the"BE" in that input probably stands for "Brave Edge". They probably referred to it as BE in order to keep it somewhat vague because it has its own button [default: RT on the 360, and probably R2 on the PS3], and you can configure it to any button on your controller.
