    One tip would be to try pulling off his parry. It will then give you a level three soul charge and therefore access to 10 hit combo strings or upgraded attacks.

    I know I can use it in a GI war, but other than that, I don't know what it GI's nor when to throw it out :/

    I found something similar to Kiliks doom kick with Hei's 6A B 2_8
    You can do 6aB to make it look like A+B and if you time it right you can step after 6A B has hit.
    As far as I know though you can only cancel the step with A+B and nothing else
    Sc2 games anyone? I've had enough of waiting through hoards of scrubs in an attempt to find decent people T_T
    if anyone wants sc2 games I make player roomson on Xbox. I have decent conn with people from Europe and west coast
    So, everyone except Yunseoung was really good? or am I missing any 'bad' chars?

    Everyone is viable in SCII. The difference in tiers in SCII isn't that big. Some characters are better than others due to the way their designed. Yun-seong is good, but when you have characters like X, Assassin, Ivy, Yoshimitsu, & Mitsurugi. Those characters are better due to the tools that they have. Yun can compete & has tools to due so, but it'll a little bit more effort to do so.

    So not a lag of tools, but a completely different set of tools each?
    I get the impression Heihachi is bad, but I'm not sure if it's because he generally is bad, or if it's becuase I wasn't using him right.

    unsee-able low knockdown. See-able low, that can change to unsee-able mid. Fast-ish projectile, (full screen punishes) decent range, flight can hover over a lot of attacks. I can't think of anything else :/ but maybe some of the telegraphed moves will be recognised over time.
