SoulCalibur IP rights belong to Bamco as they always did and will never expire. This is not a Marvel type of deal with IP rights getting chooped to tiny pieces to be sold, rented and pawned to 100 different companies under 100 different contracts.

He won pulling off JFs left and right, not using any "EZ" imputs as far as I'm aware (I'm not a Setsuka player myself, but I've seen plenty of JF pink weapon trails from Woahhzz at that tournament). Which means "EZ" imputs were a non-factor, which is exactly what was expected to begin with...

Very cool tournament, Woahzz was great, also special mention to Party Wolf vs. Skyll semifinals, that was the hypest set in a long time! By the way, Bamco has a tendency to show SC6 trailers after Tekken 7 tournaments, so technically we still have a chance on that front.

That's not a real trope as far as I know. Just an original artistic choice on Ciri's part and not quite as original artistic choice with Lidia, who is clearly inspired by Ciri, which probably goes all the way back to Bamco doing Geralt collaboration for SC6 and getting extra ideas while on it...

All things considered, if they want SC6 to be a tournament game at EVO 2021, they'll have to update its netcode some time before August and make an announcement about it and about EVO presence. And if they simply want to showcase something new about SC6 at EVO without running a tournament, they...

Also apparently EVO official site says "more games to be announced soon", so the hope is alive. SC6 would absolutely have to update its netcode before August to have a chance though.
