66B, SRH A+B Question

Can anyone tell me the properties, damage, speed, etc. of this move? Which would u prefer and why?

66b is faster and has better side stepping properties but is pretty unsafe.SRSH A+B is slower, doesnt step as well but the great thing is it cant really be punished on block.

66B steps left and is unsafe, rsh A+B steps right and is safe. also depending on the distance rsh A+B guarantees 33B.
