A tale of souls and swords, eternally retold...

Hermes vs Zeus.
Hermes is a ghost, a mirage, he blends in with the clouds and skies and his dark and bright blueish camo makes him invisible to all mortals both day and night...
Even mighty Zeus struggles to land a good grab on him :)

I like how your Hermes design is sleek and robotic looking. Kinda like a Soul Calibur version of RoboCop. That gradient effect on the wings is beautiful.

Dionysus is perfect XD Good use of the thunder drums! I get what you're saying about Hephaestus... perhaps the headband could go? Although I love his pants and the apron is almost bang on! :D Recolored kabuto <3

Gee, thanks...

Well, technically, the headband is very Hephaistos, but as i went for the photorealistic looks in the colors and face build, it looks too much like an actual soulcaliburized smithy and not enough like a god...except the flame hair add-ons, but everything below the head i am (like you) rather happy with :))

On the green jap beetle (mitsu style), i changed the bettle horns position a bit to get a different posture and look, and the gradient makes him somehow even more menacing than his big brother.
Maybe i should a ladybug kabuto now, lol

that achiles's helmet was so badass with that colors and paints!!! what your intention using the wings in helmet? was making a closing in bottom of the helmet or be a beard? It's genious... think it works both ways (for me)!

Thx, the intent was to recreate a a true "spartan" helmet which is closed, and i used that technique with the goggles and wings to add the necessary parts at chin and eye level. And it adds some details with the pointy protruding wings at the sides. As you can see in the fifth picture (latest version), i even patterned the bottom part to blend in with the rest of the sticker work and make my intentions even clearer :)

The rest of the body and color scheme is bold but i think contributes to create a noble look with semi precious materials other than gold (polished stones of various colors) and subtle (or less so) patterns...
I added a few stickers on the plastron (chest piece) for fun and grandeur...

But there are helmets which are fully closed, like the one on my Ares, but i wanted to keep Achille's (Pat's) face visible for this design. He is not completely a god after all...that heel, you know

The belt is using a gradient that allows me to get the golden lion head and a black/gold belt for contrast.

Fancy the wine barrel gimmick ? :P
Technically, it also helps me portray him as an oversized, chubby food munching orgy addict he is...

Dionysus looks like the apparition of excess, I think you did a wonderful job :') LOL you should post the thumbnail you made for him it's really brilliant.

Holy shit. Hephaestus and Dionysus good, but Achilles kicks ass. More of that Pyrrha please.

Thanks dude !...for more pyrrha, go to mrs Rachel thread, that is where i posted her half naked glory close-up...

Lol I know I'm wrong for dressing poor Pyrhha in such a provocative garment but I couldn't pass it up XD JUST LOOK AT DAT ASS

See, i am not the only one being naughty now, and i conclude you LOVED my dirty Hercules fists Pyrhmaid picture over at your place xD Oops, gotcha !

A propos Pyrrha, I was thinking, everybody seems to love my dungeon crawler hoot'n'loot Pyrrha, and as a hobby novelist, i have recently written a heroic fantasy novel with good ole vanilla flavour...
If your interested, i might post it here, as it would be some kind of distraction from CAS discussions, also because as i am french and write novels in french and english (like the one i am talking about), i would love to get some feedback from peeps whose native language is english.

It is a 2700 words novel, so it would probably take several pages of this thread and help me get closer (if not exceed) to the 100 pages Graal Rdmunhoz has sort of challenged me to reach...

What do you guys/gals think ? interested ?
