A tale of souls and swords, eternally retold...

I could do CAS all life long, i would always get new ideas...i fear...but then it would consume my real life

Besides, I just won't start deleting stuff to make room for new, i have exploited all the digital tricks i could use to sculpt and keep that many already...

So i decided i'd rather be doing this last slideshow (have you seen it before posting, because there is a part of me in it)...
A kind of memoirs in digital format ;o)

To avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing, be nothing (Vilaristotle)

Seen it? I have surprise for next time you're online sir.

so you did me like i did Le Bel'art for you a while back ? cool idea to make your own musketeer out of the slideshow's pic -sadly cant post him cuz the fights we had did not register in the battlelog on my end... 2 bad.

also 4 that awesome first fight gainst your golden helmet knight from dark souls...iguess? great face build...maybe u can upload the replay if you have it so that i can post in your thread...dunno

I'm glad you liked it! :D

And no, it's an original mage character. The helmet renders his non-magical senses useless ;P

Ok that makes sense ;o) the helmet is definitely a stunner...did you check if you had that replay and if you can upload it, the leixia adventurer vs your knight was fun, like Bozo screwing it up in the last round as all my clowns always do ;o)

Off topic : after completing dark souls last year, i have started playing demon's souls, which seems to be just as unforgiving, and just as addictive as its sequel.

It will be, I guess I can upload it if I get around to it ;P

I've heard Demon's Souls is harder, wouldn't know, don't have a PS3. Woe betide me.

i just beat demon souls - if you are any good with a bow id say it is indeed easier - but i beat dark souls first and it helped tricking dumb AI creatures and bosses ;o

I've been watching an LP of it, though the guy isn't finished yet... Yeah, it looks far more exploitable than DkS. Also, the environments are a bit less interesting looking, or is that just me?

If you can get ahold of it, Severence: Blade of Darkness is a good Hack and Slash RPG with a similar feel to the souls games, although it's OOOOOOOOOOLD.

artistically both are just as brilliant - the game engine is typically jap low tech though like DKS - some of the bosses are dull others awe-inspiring ... know there is a DKS 2 in the making ... and yeah loved severance because well ... you could severe limbs ;o

I'm a bit wet for DkS 2, but also cautious. We'll have to see if they fuck it up or not.

Hacking off limbs with my Eclipse Axe because I don't give a flying fox. Man I wanna re-DL that game now.

You'd probably not wanna do that because it would show its age graphics-wise and thus kinda destroy the great memories like...instantly
try and have a look at the first tomb raider, yet it was the stuff of dreams back then, such a perfect game...now it is hohum is that pixellated minecraft looking faceless zombie really MY Lara Croft ;o)

Dude, no way. My friend bought me to TR collection on Steam. Sure the textures are a bit dated, but it's still amazing. And FAR more atmospheric than most games nowadays. Honestly, the graphics don't bother me.

absolutely, so... without further ado...

...with this the curtain closes...this last compendium is meant for those who wanna take a shortcut through chunks of my soul brought to life during my long and sometimes epic CAS journey...

... again this is a non automated slideshow, so even if there are many pics, you can browse at the pace you like...or follow the music of a movie i like a a lot...

Pride and Prejudice...this is all me ;o)...

Vil

just page bumping, even if the view counter says 48 views ;o)
