it also needs to hit at a certain range, and the starter is -14 and highly linear, so I don't think it's a big deal

Nice video OOFMATIC. Just to be sure though, did you set the dummy to Air Control? I know bubbles aren't AC-able for the most part, but certain conditions allow the opponent to AC and I think moving around while the opponent was being juggled was rumored as one of the conditions... idunno...

Yeah, air control was enabled. I've tested air controling after getting hit by bubbles a lot, and it just seems to be a glitch that happens randomly.
The Sieg RO combo in that vid isn't actually that easy, it requires very precise timing.
