SE B has always had some sort of re-tracking (even in SC4), until 1.03. Also changed the frame properties on hit / block on SE A and SE B, if I recall. Ugh. I don't wanna talk about it anymore :-(

one odd thing about ivy, is she's always bit further than she "looks". Its probably a combination of her stance+hitbox plus raph's tendency to target the back foot (a lotta lows will whiff).
