Best voice actor for specific characters?

Which voice actor do you think fit best with certain characters.

Raphael: SC2 voice all the way (Begone! How sad...) so damn epic
Siegfried: SC3 he had such epic lines. Seriously, I am surprised they didn't re-use this voice actor. He still does a few anime dubs I hear (though I am not much of a dub fan)
Kilik: SC3/4/5 his current voice fits much better than SC2 IMO
Cassandra: SC2 voice fit her personality. Loved it when she said (I'm going all out!) and (Ugh! You're definitely not my type!)
Nightmare: SC2 no contest

After you play Resident Evil 5, you just think that whenever the guy voices a character (other than Ezio) the character ends up sounding like Chris Redfield.
Personally he did a better job in SCIV
 
Astaroth: SC2
=> Sounded brutal and Insane
Cervantes: SC2
=> The Most memorable Ghost Back from Hell voice...He sounded freakin' metal.
Ivy: SC2
=> It was a way less forced voice than her second one. Sounded right to her.
Nightmare: SC2
=> Like Shiki said: "No contest"
Raphael: SC2
=> Niet and charming
Rock: SC3
=> Sounded like a true Brave Warrior
Siegfried: SC3
=> Agressive but heroic.
Talim: SC2
=> A young voice that sounded humble and peacful (Not baby-like)
Yoshimitsu: SC2
=> I think I took this one because he sounded both goofy insane a menacing
 
No one can even climb the mountain of which SoulCalibur lll Siegfried is still exclaiming quotes from.

While the character itself was peaceful, her voice had some aggression that I admired a lot.

Seong Mina>SC2
Ugh, just everything about her on SC2 was brilliant: her personality, her voice, her face render, and her outfit of course.

Taki>SB
Her scream when she stabs her opponent was so vicious on SB. Plus, I liked her laugh as well.
 
Yoshimitsu's Japanese voice is always most boss to me, gotta say.

The guy sounds a bit older, though, it gives you that "Wise" feeling for Yoshi since he does, atleast to me.

Kinda off topic, but it would've been cool if they changed Yoshi's voice actor for 5, I mean, he's Yoshimitsu the Second, not the clone, and he is supposed to be younger after all. Still cool though.
