not playing these DLC's till i get a lvl increase cause honestly without a incentive to go through the DLC I will not enjoy it. So ill wait till they release the lvl cap xD.

Got this game for Christmas, and I can say this with a straight face and a sound mind.

This is the highest-quality shooter I have played in years. Yes, you heard me: not one shooter that has come out since Halo Reach has given me any true form of joy except this game.

The depth and feel of this game is so much better than Borderlands 1. The main reason why I didn't like 1 was mainly because everything felt repetitive, but especially the environments you end up in (after the 5th cave/desert I just stopped and never played the game again). I'm currently doing a co-op run with friends, running a Bloodshed Assassin build, because who doesn't like cutting down psychos and bullymongs with a fucking katana lightsaber?

What i don't think you actually get to use his katana... he uses like a short dagger when u melee. lol
Anyways, Thoughts on the new Hammerlock DLC...

* Spoilers *
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
absolutely the shortest DLC GBX has released YET. The only good thing about it is that it contains 2 raid bosses.
Other than that... i mean the end boss was horrid and don't even get me started on the loot chest room after. Honestly, Scarlett DLC did a waaaaay better job at end-game loot than any of the DLCs so far...
This DLC is definitely not worth the $10, (I purchased the season pass)
I will be expecting the 4th DLC hopefully to be the best. Where they'll release the LvL cap increase (like they said they would before Q1) and hopefully longer content as well. I'll also be expecting a new class to be added later this year. Along with a 2nd season pass already planned.

Level cap increases to 61 on April 2nd, and a new difficulty hits along with it. the new difficulty, "Ultimate True Vault Hunter Mode"(I think that's what it was called), will be free DLC. The level cap however, will cost you 5 bucks. Though I've heard that if you have the season pass it's free.

ya I feel like its gonna be Borderlands [2.5]

I feel like I'm the only one who liked Hammerlock's DLC better than Scarlett's.

Ah well, either way can't wait for the new stuff to come out.

Depends on what you mean by "fixed" drop rates. I know that certain enemies like Captain Flynt and Savage Lee are still glitched since they won't drop their special drops on UVHM. (Flynt won't drop his Tinderbox and Lee is supposed to drop the Unkempt Harold but doesn't)

As for the 24 hour thing I dunno, I never messed with the raid bosses very much.

By "fixed", I mean made them not shit. The first game had drop rates done right. BL2's are more along the lines of MMORPG drop rates where you have to farm bosses for hours if you want any legendary drops. Considering that the endgame consists pretty much entirely of this, the 24 hour lockouts are retarded too.
