Do anyone know about what are the requirement that are needed to get a GI with Soul Wave (A+B), Because sometimes it GI and some others times it doesn't, so if anyone know, answer please ^^
Right now I know it cannot GI a GB or a Unblockable

Works on weak attacks like BB or AA
Doesn't work on lows...but I think it works on special lows like 2A.
