switching movesets is easy ... but how would you swap in the sc4 movesets? ... since those motion files are in a different format?

I don't know.
He's using a modded console with the games playing off a hard drive and their files toyed around with. This isn't the kind of thing you can just search for and find out how to do. I'd also imagine the mods aren't fans of anyone asking/explaining how to do these kinds of things for obvious reasons, so please leave it be.
