It's explained earlier in the thread. Short version:
-Talim and Zasalamel are mentioned in a list of characters in the executable. However, this doesn't mean anything as this is a list of text which has been maintained through the entire series. The same list in SC4 also included names like Edgemaster and Hwang, so it doesn't mean a thing.

-No secret characters or movesets. There are some unused/unfinished models, which I think are for unfinished bosses for legendary souls mode. There are no unused movesets.
 
Their movesets also work, but are extremely glitchy and have weird hit properties. Also, they have a habit of crashing the game.

In the "Future DLC" thread, Sectus said that there weren't anything new in the thumbnails of the new pack I believe.
 
At this rate, this thread will just turn into me uploading screenshots of random mods.

If that is true, then perhaps Abyss was planned at some point as a boss for Legendary Souls but was later dropped. I would not doubt that it was because Zasalamel was missing from the game so having a boss with a "balanced" moveset and still not available in-game would incite a riot from Zas fans.
