WR BB has effective, but definitely limited, application. I'm with Kowtow, though--44B is hot shit. Also, WS A is golden.

if its stupid lag or your fighting a retard then pretty much.

example. (i play ranked for a lulz now and then)

i create session,
enter lvl 1 char,
they spend for-fucking-ever trying to pick what char to use before firmly settling with yoda.
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee fucking yoda fight.
i have already picked cervy
they start spaming random buttons and failing epicly.
i spend a round or so practicing iGDR if its not to laggy
then reapeatedly spam 4[B+K] and if they avoid this :O
i repeatedly spam A+B 2A+B WR A BB4[B+K]
i win they lose with much hate and anger blah blah
