Just actually finished the printed version of Freak Angels... It was pretty good. Ultimatum was also a little better than I thought, too. I have only read Ultimates from the Ultimate line, so I am not the biggest expert on the stories from the Ultimate universe (I am not even going to talk about what kind of shit Loeb's writing was for that last fuck-up of a series--God, I just don't get him...).
I talked about Ennis...he has been one of my favorites for a very long time, but I have to warn anyone with a delicate constitution--the last issue of Crossed was disturbing. The last double page spread really messed with me for a few days. The series actually let me down a little...
I have all of the issues of The End League, but I haven't read them. I love Canete, so I'll get around to it, but my girlfriend says the book is trash. Anyone out there read it?
