And they failed at both since the online is badly done and the guest characters, while somewhat iconic, are looked upon with disdain by the hardcore.

Namco should really make an effort to get in touch with the hardcore fanbase kinda like what Capcom did now and stop listening to game magazine staff and reviewers.

Most of them aren't even big fans of the franchise.

Was this even posted anywhere online in the end? It's kinda annoying as heck because while I have info for Astaroth and Amy, I can't cite them worth heck.
