Disconnecting from SC2HD

I was playing SC2HD online, and then my internet blew out. I reconnected and opened the game again. I quickly went into online mode and I saw a message flash before me. I didn't expect it to pop up and I pressed the button too fast and it closed. I'm assuming it was about my "rage quit." What did it say?

Yes, I saw it when I was forced to get out of the game after someone rage quit on me and got freeze...

I don´t remember now but it says about a penalty for leaving, something like that, it takes out some of your PP

Now be honest... if you quit it's okay... nobody will hurt you... *holds knife behind my back* It's alright... come here!!!!! xD

Lol no no! It does that sometimes, here's the weird thing, it will lock up for BOTH players sometimes, and in those instances both players will still be actively connected to the game but they just can't play, nor do you have an option to "quit".

So one time I waited 5 minutes, exchanged messages with a player who was still in the game while it was completely locked up, and I said "I'll disconnect so you don't get a point penalty" and they thanked me, so I dashboarded, and they were finally able to exit the match. Upon returning it told me I had a quitting penalty. I know it's really weird and dumb how it makes a stale mate like that...

Oh yeah, I've had instances where it just froze. I usually just went to get something to eat/do something else until it worked again. But I mean this time my whole internet just turned off. I had to restart the router.
It does take PP away? I didn't really notice.
