Does this character have ANY plus frames on block?

I've labbed and played this game a shit ton since before it came out. Had a copy day - 3. It SEEMS LIKE she's never plus, what works out only works out because of spacing technicalities. Am I missing something here?

For the most part, no. Silent Wall has some frame data up on her, and its pretty much just her GBs that give frame advantage on block.

I think the only non-GB moves that are plus on BLOCK are 44B, 22K, and 44A+B. This character is not a plus frames character.

Not sure about 66B Charge. Anyone can confirm the frames on this one I'd be interested.
