Fallout 3...

Bethesda is suing interplay, makers of fallout one and two, claiming that by selling the original fallout games (which interplay created) that interplay is "trying to cash in on the success of fallout 3".

Fallout 3 was a big disappointment for me. The characters felt wooden (compared with Mass effect lol) and the open world environment was vastly inferior to Oblivion. The combat system wasn't very fun outside of VATs.

I only started to enjoy it after modding the game extensively. It became awesome fun after the modders improved the crappy aspects of the game. Space Marine terminator armor in Fallout 3, no wai! The only Bethesda RPG which i have loved straight out of the box has been Morrowind, the most atmospheric RPG world ive ever played in.

Bethesda should just buy interplay so that we may see Icewind Dale, Descent and Freespace again, just to name a few.

I LOVE FALLOUT 3!!!! This is one of the best games I have ever played, you just have to play it properly and be into these kinda things. Yes, your aim is gonna suck at first until you get some of your stats up but your character is supposed to be new to the wasteland so it makes sense that they won't be that good when you first start. And while the ending did suck the Broken Steel expansion continues the main story and lets you play after you finish it.

I still love this game I was wicked I mean once you learn to sneak you dont really need accuracy. Also I killed a deathclaw straight out of the vault

Fallout 3 to meh was a 'meh' experience. Ive beaten the game twice both times in under 20 hours and for everything i like about the game there is something I dont like. My biggest complaint is how few missions there are

Did you do all the sub sub quest? Aside from obvious side quest there are sub side quest. Like one where you have to enter some museum type in some numbers or something then go across the map to get a special gun. Or the radio side quest?

Nothing like heading out and collecting trash. Picking though trash piles, ruined bookshelves, garbage cans, mailboxes, old soda machines, old cars, trashed houses...

I've lost all ambition,
For worldly acclaim,
I just wanna be the one you love.

And with your admission that you feel the same,
I'll have reached the goal I'm dreaming of.

Believe me...

I've always liked the inkspots, but I've been playing the fallout series for years. I regret a lot of the time I've spent on a lot of games, but not those first two.
