Usually, it's best to highlight her weaknesses. Ferrothorn is like the counter to most water types. That's where I start to find teammates.

Granted, but I meant, building a team around Vaporeon would inevitably be a stall team right? Like, if you were going to a make a Salamence support team, it'd be things to remove the threat of ice and even paralyse things, allowing 'Mence to sweep. With Vaporeon, building the team would be trickier because it's a wall. Presumably that Ferro would carry Spikes and/or T-Spikes?

You don't necessarily have to make it a team where it's all about stall. There's teams with offensive pokemon like Salamence helping Vaporeon out. Vaporeon takes hits from ice like it's nothing for Salamence, Salamence takes no damage from any spikes and he resists grass for Vaporeon.

True, so it's less a Vaporeon centric team, and more that Vaporeon is your defensive core then?

I'll just leave it at I could care less about what team theme I end up with. As long as my build of Vaporeon is on it, I'm content.

I don't think he meant people scared of Absol in competitive terms buddy. More on the what the pokedex says about the poor thing. No offense, do you always leap before understanding what people mean? That aside, where mah battle at? I still have 4 level 100s itching for a fight.
